Staging a Property to Sell

Home staging is a science, and you will be more likely to succeed if you treat it that way. Of course that sounds easier than it is, especially if you are emotionally invested in a home. Here is where I can help. I am an expert.

Calling your home a "house" is the first step in divorcing yourself from that emotional connection. Try it. It may make you cry, but it can be that good kind of cry that makes you feel liberated, and feeling liberated is worth a cry, I think.
