Selling our Townhome: Before finding Giuseppe we tried a realtor who tried selling our townhouse for 6 months with no success, not even any serious offers. Looking back it was waste of time and effort. Then Giuseppe stepped in and turned things around. He was patient with us and explained the buying seasons and the best times to sell and at what price. He showed us comparable homes so we sold at the right price. He also showed us homes in our buying range since we were looking to buy after selling so that we would have a better idea of what homes were out there.
